The Sundarbans, handled properly

Forest permits, licensed vessels and a fixed route - or it does not happen

Every Sundarban itinerary GHORA GHURI sells runs on a forest-department approved route (Katka, Haringata, Dublar Char or the Mongla side) with a licensed vessel owner, an on-board guide and the permit paperwork filed before departure. Deer at sunset on the char, kingfishers at first light, and a real chance of a tiger track - never a promise of one.
